We create the time and space for you to reconnect to the essence of YOU! Step away from your busy life, disconnect from your daily chores and routines and come into a sanctuary of stillness in this beautiful private Cornish estate. We'll enable you to reconnect back with your body, your heart and your spirit.
Awaken your body...
With mindfully designed yoga flows and rebalancing yin sequences as well as available massage, reflexology or personal wellness coaching.
Calm the mind...
Clearing out any stress or frustration with breathwork and meditation.
Nourish your soul...
Reconnect to what lights you up and brings your simple joy with private beach walks, vision boarding, cooking classes and available spiritual coaching sessions or by simply enjoying the time to just to BE.
8.30 - 10am - Morning Yoga Flow & Breathwork
90 minutes of sensuous slow flow yoga, encouraging the body to lead, reconnective to intuitive movement. Initiated with breathwork to purify, balance and alkalise the body.
10am - Breakfast
During the morning you can relax in one of the three hot-tubs, take a walk on our private beach, arrange a private wellness coaching or spiritual counselling session or book a massage or reflexology onsite in the spa room
During the afternoon you can simply relax, snuggle up by the fire, read a book or choose to join one of our workshops: cooking class, foraging, vision board creation or beach clean.
5.30pm - Evening Yin & Meditation
90 minutes of relaxing and restorative yin class and meditation, as we unlock the energy systems of the body and release any blocks in the mind.
7.30pm Buffet Dinner
Aimee is a Yoga Teacher & Conscious Life Coach. She passionately believes in supporting people to do what lights them up, so they can live a life they truly love to shine bright for others. This starts with us connecting to our inner guidance and following our joy. She loves to unveil the magic in others.
Flo is a Registered 320hr Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. She believes wholeheartedly in the benefits of yoga and nutrition on both physical and mental wellbeing. She is friendly, fun and enthusiastic about anything that promotes a healthy lifestyle and wants everyone she meets to feel the same.
